Custard Mix
By Master Chef Robert Sturm, Cara Operations, Ltd., Ontario, Canada

Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients:
2 cups Cream
4 each Eggs
1/2 oz. Vanilla Extract (pure)
1 tspn. Nutmeg

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients together. Chill. Reserve.
